Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 26th, would have been Dad's 69th birthday. We are getting together and of course sharing a meal we all so loved and he so cherished to prepare, raviolis and gravy followed by his favorite dessert of pineapple upside down cake. If you are able, share a meal with your family or friends this week and I'm sure he'll love knowing we all gathered and celebrated.
